According to Association By-Laws, the CTPA has 3 Officers and at least 6 Directors. Together, the Officers and Directors make up the Board of Directors. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to “administer the business of the Association between annual meetings”.
The Officers and Directors are elected each year during the Business Meeting, held as part of the Annual Meeting. While the term of service is one year, Directors usually serve for multiple years, while Officers traditionally serve, as officers, for one or two years.
