The Association
The Connecticut Tree Protective Association has a long and proud history of providing arboricultural education to tree care professionals in Connecticut. With nearly 800 members, CTPA is a leader in ensuring that the profession is progressive, innovative, practical and up-to-date.
The Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Connecticut Tree Protective Association is among the largest one-day gatherings of tree care professionals in the world. It is a place for exchanging ideas, for sharing information and for demonstrating the latest in equipment, materials and techniques. It is also a great place for socializing – seeing old friends and making new ones. There will be many opportunities to let people know who you are and what you have to offer. At the Annual Meeting, you can count on reaching the best of the region’s tree care professionals.
The Facility
Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT is among the finest meeting facilities in Connecticut. Their reputation for providing attendees with excellent food and service is well deserved. The separation of the meeting and exhibit areas allows exhibitors to meet old friends and make new ones, and not interfere with the ongoing workshops.
The People
While CTPA organizes and hosts the meeting, nonmembers are definitely welcome. Attendance has topped 800 in 3 of the last 4 years. These are attendees involved in all phases of tree care and come with a desire to stay on top of changes in the field. The trade show is a meeting highlight that attendees look forward to each and every year.
