Prescott “Pep” Baxter (Tennett Tree Service)
1928-2024
It is with a heavy heart that the CTPA recognizes the passing of Prescott “Pep” Baxter. Pep was the owner of Tennett Tree Service in Windham, CT and a very long-standing license arborist in the State of Connecticut. (PMCS 0000607). He was 95 years young at the time of passing on April 19, 2024. His career in arboriculture was in the private industry, utility and CT Department of Transportation tree care. He is remembered by many and will be missed by all.
