The Connecticut Tree Protective Association encourages all individuals who are
interested in advancing the care of trees in Connecticut to join as members. While
membership is largely drawn from the ranks of the tree care professionals practicing in
the state, it is by no means restricted to this group. The purposes of the
Association include the providing of educational opportunities, the sponsorship of
meetings where members can gather to socialize and share experiences, the sponsorship of
two trade shows a year, and the providing of information and support to the members on
matters such as license enforcement, legislative activities and industry standards.
