In 1995, CL&P Arborist and then CTPA Executive Secretary (and now Past President!) Alan Carey put together a very useful Booklet entitled "Plain Language Guide - OSHA 1910-269".  This very useful publication covers safety as it relates to line-clearance tree trimming operations in the vicinity of power lines.  It is still used in Arboriculture 101 and other Electrical Hazard Awareness courses.
